We took the shorter tour with the characters instead of the longer historical tour due to time constraints. I'm so glad we went on this tour versus the other one, as it was very entertaining and hilarious! The staff are very good at what they do, passionate and provide a good experience for all ages. Can't wait to go back and try the historical tour as well as the comical tour again. Side note: larger stature people might not do so well two to a seat.

The trolley tour was spectacular! Brian had very punny jokes and a lot of historical knowledge. I had no idea how philanthropic and generous the Hershey’s were.

Really enjoyed the historical tour of Hershey, however I was not that impressed with our guide as he didn't seem very knowledgeable and there was no opportunity to ask questions, only to watch their pre rehearsed skit. Wouldn't do this again.

This was a wonderful historic tour! It's was full of interesting information about Milton Hershey and the rise of the town as a whole. There was chocolate of course and the tour guide was a very sweet older gentleman who really knew his stuff. We all enjoyed it, including the kids.

I've been to Hershey over 20 times in my life and today was the first time I've ever done the Trolley tour. It was incredible! I learned so much more than what I already knew. Got to see some amazing landmarks and candy was passed out the whole time. Our tour guide Will was FANTASTIC, and hysterical with his jokes! So glad we decided to do this today and it's a great way to split up your park day with a little rest.

Was fantastic! The people were lively and very entertaining, they are also very knowledgeable which was very impressive since there's soo much to learn! Awesome ride and was a gorgeous day for a visit as it wasn't too hot. definitely will return again

We did the Holly Jolly Trolley with 2 small kids. It was cute and just the right length for them. Emma was our guide and she was amazing. Also "Jakey" was really fun and Fred the driver was a good sport taking pics with our kids. Thanks Hershey Trolley Works! - some local yokels
